PHBC Volunteer Questionnaire

Do you feel led to help in the church? We are currently needing help in many different areas. Please fill out the questionnaire below. This will help us find a spot that best fits your spiritual gifts that God has blessed you with and place you in a place with our current ministerial needs.

Yes, I have experience, over 18, enjoy it and am willing to assist in nursery Yes, I enjoy it, no experience but am willing to help in the nursery I could help if needed but it is not my strength I am not great with newborns but could help with planning, stocking, or building for nursery items No, this is not my God given talent and that’s ok

I have experience cooking and would like to help on wednesdays I have experience cooking and would like to help at events I would like to help pour drinks, serve, and wash dishes but can't cook. I can help plan, and pick up whatever is needed for events. I burn water, this is not my spiritual gift.
